They get the job done, have done for years though a new employee, large bloke is rather rude to customers, I obviously (just as many others) don't know everything there is to know about mobile phones, though this is no reason to condasend to paying customers merely inquiring on a quote on an older phone. Customer Service is important to many people and in future I will be happy to take my money elsewhere.
